Rules and conditions:
- The 110 volts service includes installation, cable, electrical contact.
- The 220 v. and 440 v. services include cable installation and blade switch. Does not include contacts.
- All services include electricity consumption.
- The exhibitor is responsible for installing his equipment and for making the derivations from the contracted outlet.
- It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to use voltage regulators for the equipment that requires it.
- Electricity is only available during official event hours, if 24-hour service is required, please request a quote.
- Expo Santa Fe Mexico is not responsible for power failures or voltage variations caused by the Comisión Federal de Electricidad.

Rules and conditions:
- The cost of telephony includes local calls and the equipment will be delivered to the exhibitor 2 hours before the opening of the event and only to the person in charge of the stand. The telephone and/or fax equipment will be picked up 1 hour before the end of the event by Expo Santa Fe Mexico staff.
- All lines are switched, to make a call dial 9 + phone number; in case you have contracted long distance and cellular service you must dial *2 + PIN + area code + phone number, the PIN will be provided by Expo Santa Fe Mexico upon delivery of an open voucher. Long distance and cellular service will be closed 2 hours before the end of the event, in order to deliver your closed voucher and your call log.
- The cost of Internet includes unlimited unrestricted service and it is the responsibility of each user the use of the service as well as the configuration of the equipment. Addressing is static and through private LAN. Expo Santa Fe Mexico is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the service.
- In case of requiring any special connection, approved IP, bandwidth, or any other special requirement, you must request it in advance to Expo Santa Fe Mexico for validation, availability, technical and operational feasibility and costing.
- The Internet will be delivered one day before the start of the event. The address and/or assigned Access Keys will be delivered at the Services Module of Expo Santa Fe Mexico.
- The wired Internet is delivered in a single cable, if you want to connect more equipment you must install a switch (not a wireless router) and do the corresponding wiring. No wiring work is done inside the booth by Expo Santa Fe Mexico.
- Exhibitors will NOT be allowed to place an Access Point or Wireless Router. IN CASE OF DOING SO OR USING IP’S THAT HAVE NOT BEEN ASSIGNED, EXPO SANTA FE MEXICO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISABLE THE SERVICE WITHOUT REFUND AND THE RECONNECTION OF THE SAME.
- Services requested during set-up and event will be subject to availability, technical and operational feasibilities.
- If a cancellation of the service already installed is requested, a refund of up to 60%, or a lesser percentage depending on the period used, may be made. Any relocation will be subject to technical and operational feasibility and must cover an additional 50% of the total cost of the service.

Rules and conditions:
- Prices include tubing to the stand and consumption, but do not include installation of equipment, coupling, materials or furniture.
- The water is potable but not recommended for drinking.
- Drainage is exclusively for clean, uncontaminated water; no solid waste, chemicals, grease, hot liquids or food may be dumped.
- In case of contracting the hydraulic installation service, the exhibitor must provide the materials required to perform such work, since this service includes only labor.

Rules and conditions (hanging of banners):
- The materials to be hanged must have the necessary rigidity elements and the ends tied (wire, wire rope, chain, steel cable, etc.) that resist the weight and 10mts. long each.
- Under no circumstances may the banner invade aisles or other areas, being placed within the rented area, respecting a minimum space of 1.50 meters between the base of the structure and the banner.
- It is strictly forbidden for personnel from outside the Center to carry out this work. Expo Santa Fe Mexico reserves the right to authorize the banners to be hung.
- Any object to be installed outside the above specifications will require special authorization from Operations Management and, if applicable, will be quoted separately.
